Have you ever walked through the grocery store or farmer’s market and seen ingredients that look good but you have no idea what to do with them?  It happens to me ALL THE TIME.    Since moving to Ithaca, I’ve learned to cook with a larger variety of ingredients as well as learned new ways to cook old favorites.

This list is going to take time to develop but its going to be dedicated to learning all the ways to use as many ingredients as I can learn to use.
